Available sizes (STD, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75) for engines: Perkins (1000/1100 series), JCB Dieselmax, CAT (3054/C4.4), and Isuzu.

Types of Bearings Available
A complete bottom-end rebuild requires replacing all sliding components:
- Main Bearings: Set for main journals (holding the crank in the block).
- Connecting Rod Bearings (Big End): Set for crankpins (connecting crank to rods).
- Thrust Washers: Responsible for eliminating crankshaft end play.
- Small End Bushings: Pressed into the connecting rod eye (for the gudgeon pin).
How to select size (Grinding)?
Bearings come in several thicknesses, depending on the crankshaft condition:
- STD (Standard): For a new crankshaft or one in perfect condition (not ground).
- 0.25mm / 0.50mm / 0.75mm: Oversize (thicker) bearings used after crankshaft grinding. The value indicates how many millimeters the journal diameter was reduced.

Check the oil pump condition – it lubricates the bearings. If worn, new bearings will seize instantly.

Yes, we sell complete sets ("per engine"). Buying main bearings gets you a set for all main journals. The same applies to conrod bearings.
Seized bearings?
Make sure to check the connecting rods – they often overheat and deform (turning purple). We offer new connecting rods if the old ones are unusable.
