Husco Valves – The Standard in JCB

Most JCB backhoe loaders are equipped with valves from the American company Husco. These are sectional designs, held together by tie rods. This allows for the replacement of a damaged section (e.g., cracked from hydraulic shock) without buying an entire expensive block. We offer original OEM sections (inlet, outlet, working) and inter-section seal kits.

Azeri Parts – Alternative for Monoblocks

For smaller machines or older designs with monoblock valves (single casting), failure used to mean huge costs. We introduced complete Azeri Parts distributor blocks, which maintain original flow parameters while being a fraction of the factory solution price.

Spool Repair Parts

Leaking from the top of the valve or a sticking lever isn't the end of the world. Often, replacing the cap repair kit (spring, cups) or spool seals is enough. We have kits dedicated to specific Husco sections.

Can I add a section for a hammer?

Yes, if you have a sectional valve (Husco) and sufficiently long tie rods. However, this requires precise section selection and pump flow verification.

What is a pressure compensator?

It is a small valve inside the distributor section that ensures smooth machine movements regardless of bucket load (Flow Sharing/Load Sensing system). Its failure causes jerky functions.

Machine losing power on one function?

It could be a cracked section (internal leak) or a damaged section valve. Don't replace the pump before checking the distributor!
