Quick swap or full rebuild? We offer complete cylinder heads (loaded with valves and springs – ready to install) and bare heads (castings only) from KMP Brand, Perkins, and Azeri Parts. Range includes rubber connectors.

For engines: Perkins (1100, 1000, 400 series), JCB Dieselmax (444), CAT (3054/C4.4), and Isuzu.

Complete or Bare Head – Which to choose?

The decision depends on the condition of your old components and the time available:

  • Complete Head (Loaded): A "Plug & Play" solution. The head comes with valves, springs, and seals factory-installed. Seats are lapped, and the unit is pressure tested. Saves machining time and cost.
  • Bare Head (Casting): Ideal if your ancillaries (valves, springs) are in perfect condition and you want to transfer them. Requires valve lapping and professional assembly.

KMP Brand Quality

Head cracks (often between valve seats) are a result of overheating. We offer KMP Brand heads made of high-grade cast iron, resistant to thermal cycling. Every head undergoes water jacket pressure testing before leaving the factory.

What is a head rubber connector?

Some Perkins and JCB Dieselmax engines use specific rubber connectors (visible in our offer) to join water or oil passages between the block and head. These should be replaced every time the head is removed.

Does a complete head need skimming?

No. New KMP Brand and Perkins heads have a factory-machined mating surface. They are ready to be installed on a new gasket.

Have a rare cylinder head?

Perkins engines come in hundreds of configurations. If you don't see your head, send us photos from several angles (especially intake/exhaust ports) – we will find the right one.
