FUEL SYSTEM

Lift Pumps (Fuel Feed Pumps)

Responsible for delivering fuel from the tank to the injection pump. Failure of this component is the most common cause of machine stalling. We offer:

  • Mechanical pumps: Mounted on the engine block (with a lever for manual priming).
  • Electric pumps: Used in newer JCB and CAT machines (12V/24V).
  • Repair kits (diaphragms, valves) from Perkins and AM replacements.

Injectors and Injection Pumps

Precise fuel metering determines combustion and power. We have a wide range of injection components:

  • Injectors: Complete pencil nozzles and injector nozzles from Delphi and Azeri Parts.
  • Injection Pumps: New and remanufactured rotary pumps (Delphi DP200/DP210) and inline pumps.
  • Shut-off Solenoids: Injection pump "stop" solenoids (the most common reason for inability to stop or start the machine).

Fuel Lines (Pipes)

An often overlooked component. A cracked high-pressure line creates a fire hazard. We offer fuel lines (from pump to injector) precisely shaped for specific Perkins/JCB engine models, as well as leak-off (return) rails.

💡 Replacing injectors?

Contaminated fuel will destroy new injectors in hours. Be sure to replace filters and check manifolds:

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Why does the engine stall after a moment?

Most often, the lift pump (diaphragm) is faulty or the fuel filter is clogged. It is also worth checking the shut-off solenoid to see if it cuts off fuel flow when hot.

Do injectors need coding?

In older Perkins (mechanical) engines, there is no coding – setting the opening pressure is enough. In modern Common Rail engines (e.g., JCB Ecomax, CAT C4.4), injectors have codes that must be entered into the machine's ECU.

Can fuel lines be bent?

We advise against it. High-pressure lines are made of hard steel. Bending can cause micro-cracks and fuel leaks under high pressure. We recommend buying ready-made, pre-shaped lines.

Problems with Common Rail system?

Tier 4 engine systems require specialized parts. Contact us – we have access to SCV valves, pressure sensors, and CR injectors.
