Belt Tensioners for Construction Machinery

A worn tensioner is the most common cause of alternator belt failure. JCB Dieselmax and Perkins engines use automatic spring tensioners. We offer proven replacements from Azeri Parts and OEM, which maintain factory tension parameters, preventing belt slip under load.

Pulleys and Serpentine Belts

The drive system must run perfectly aligned. We offer:

  • Crankshaft pulleys: Often equipped with a torsional vibration damper (rubber), which deteriorates over time.
  • Belts (PK): Reinforced multi-rib belts for alternator, A/C, and fan drive.
  • Idler pulleys: Smooth and grooved, essential when replacing the belt.

What does tensioner jumping mean?

If the tensioner arm vibrates heavily while the engine is idling, it usually means a damaged alternator clutch pulley or a worn crankshaft vibration damper.

Need a fan pulley?

Fan clutch pulleys and water pump pulleys in JCB 3CX/4CX machines vary in diameter. Measure the old pulley or send the VIN – we will find the right one.
