Steering Units (Orbitrols)

The orbitrol controls the smoothness of wheel steering. Leaks from the unit or a "heavy" steering wheel are signs for replacement. We offer OEM and Azeri Parts steering units, dedicated to Load Sensing (LS) systems used in JCB and CAT machines.

Solenoid Valves and Coils

Modern machines are electrically controlled. We stock a wide range of coils and solenoid valves:

  • Hydraulic pump solenoids: Controlling pump flow (common issue in JCB 3CX).
  • Transmission and diff-lock valves: Responsible for drive engagement.
  • Stop solenoids and auxiliary control: Necessary for hammer or clam-shovel operation.

Pressure Relief Valves (MRV / ARV)

Hydraulic system safety depends on Main Relief Valves (MRV) and Auxiliary Relief Valves (ARV). They protect the pump and hoses from bursting during overload. We offer valves with factory pressure settings.

How to choose a steering unit?

Orbitrols are selected by displacement (cm3/rev) and system type (Open Center / Closed Center / Load Sensing). Provide numbers from the unit plate (e.g., Danfoss or OSPC) to avoid errors.

Are solenoid coils universal?

No. Coils differ in voltage (12V/24V), internal diameter, and plug type. Even a similar-looking coil might not fit the valve stem.

Machine losing pressure?

The cause might be a stuck main relief valve or a faulty pump flow control solenoid. Contact us for service advice.
