This component is the heart of the front loader arm hydraulic system, responsible for precise oil flow control to the lift and bucket tilt cylinders. This model features two advanced functions: automatic bucket self-levelling (RESET) — maintaining the bucket at the set angle throughout the lift cycle — and the float mode (SRS), allowing the bucket to follow ground contours freely during backfilling and grading operations. Workshop Technical Tip: The hydraulic control valve is a precision component — its main enemy is contaminated hydraulic oil. Before fitting the new valve, always replace the hydraulic oil and filter. Old, contaminated oil carries metal particles and sludge that will rapidly destroy the precision-machined internals of the new valve. When replacing the valve, also inspect all hoses and fittings — micro-cracks and weeping seals are a common source of secondary contamination. After installation, run the machine under no-load conditions for several minutes, checking for leaks and verifying correct operation of the RESET self-levelling and SRS float functions. Note that this valve is dedicated to machines fitted with the self-levelling system — it is not compatible with versions without this feature.
