JCB Hydraulic Distributor Mount - AZERI PARTS
Metal-rubber vibration isolator by AZERI PARTS, designed for the stable and secure installation of the main hydraulic control valve in JCB machines. This component effectively absorbs vibrations generated by the engine and undercarriage, protecting the precision valve block from mechanical damage. Technical Advice: Worn control valve mounts cause rigid transmission of machine vibrations directly to metal hydraulic lines, which is one of the main causes of their sudden cracking and dangerous pressurized leaks. Vibration isolators should be replaced in sets to ensure even support and proper leveling of the valve block. During installation, make sure the mounting point on the frame is not corroded, as this would weaken the bolted connection.
