Complete Engine 4HK1 Tier 3 5.2L 200HP (fits ISUZU) - 4HK1
The ISUZU 4HK1 Tier 3 is a reliable four-cylinder diesel unit with a displacement of 5.2 litres, built for heavy-duty work in construction, industry and agriculture. The engine meets the strict Stage IIIA (Tier 3) emission standards, balancing power, fuel economy and environmental care. Designed by the Japanese brand ISUZU - a world leader in diesel engine manufacturing - the 4HK1 stands out for its durability, high torque and low fuel consumption. It reliably powers tracked excavators, wheel loaders, agricultural tractors and power generators.

Agricultural machinery
High-power tractors, combine harvesters, forage harvesters
Industrial / stationary
Power generators, high-pressure pumps, compressors, forestry machines
With both constant-speed and variable-speed versions available, the engine can be used in mobile as well as stationary equipment.
Key advantages:
- Strong power and torque - excellent performance in any terrain and working conditions
- Smooth, refined operation - reduced noise and vibration, comfortable for the operator
- Fuel efficiency - low fuel consumption thanks to modern common rail injection
- Durability and long life - Japanese build quality, cast-iron block and head
- Simple operation and service - long service intervals (up to every 500 hrs), easy maintenance
- Ecology and emission standards - Tier 3 compliance = cleaner running, less smoke
- Versatility - proven in many machine brands and models worldwide
Workshop Technical Tip: When buying a complete replacement engine, compare your engine's designation and emission version (Tier 3 / Stage IIIA) - different 4HK1 versions have different ancillaries and control systems. Check the fitment of ancillaries (pump, alternator, compressor, flywheel), as these are often transferred from the old unit. Before the first start, fill the oil and coolant, bleed the fuel system and check all connections for leaks. Use oil and filters to ISUZU specification and follow the service intervals - this is key to long engine life. On common rail engines, keep the fuel clean and the filter in good condition - contamination is the most common cause of injector failure.
