Hydraulic Fan Motors – Parker and Azeri Parts
In JCB machines (3CX, 4CX, JS), the radiator fan is not belt-driven but powered by a hydraulic motor. This allows fan speed control independent of engine RPM. We offer original Parker motors and proven Azeri Parts replacements. Failure of this component is the main cause of coolant overheating.
Hydraulic Locks (Stabilizer Valves)
A dropping stabilizer leg is a safety hazard during operation. The culprit is usually the hydraulic check valve (pilot-operated double check valve). We stock complete locks and repair kits that restore the tightness of the support system.
Fittings and Mounts
System tightness depends on details. In this category, you will find:
- Nipples and adapters: Converters from inch threads (BSP) to metric or JIC.
- Pipe Clamps: Plastic and metal clamps that dampen vibration. A broken clamp leads to a cracked pipe in the future!

Sometimes cleaning or replacing internal springs/pistons helps. However, if the valve seat is pitted by corrosion or worn, the entire lock must be replaced with a new one (Azeri Parts).
Don't guess. The JCB part number (e.g., 20/925518) or Parker code on the body is crucial. Different models have different displacements (cm3/rev). An undersized motor won't cool the machine!
