Pressure Switches – Small part, big function

In construction machinery, pressure switches control key functions. They are responsible for:

  • Activating STOP lights (brake master cylinder switch).
  • Controlling the SRS system (Smooth Ride System) in JCB.
  • Signaling clogged hydraulic filters.
  • Disengaging 4WD when braking.

Temperature and Level Sensors

Overheating hydraulic oil destroys seals and the pump. A working temperature sensor is the primary protection. We offer Azeri Parts and OEM sensors that work precisely with cabin gauges and the machine's ECU.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Is the SRS sensor repairable?

No. The SRS pressure switch is a sealed unit. In case of failure (lack of bucket cushioning), it must be replaced with a new one of the correct pressure range.

Where is the hydraulic oil temperature sensor located?

In JCB 3CX machines, it is usually located in the hydraulic tank (screwed into the side) or in the valve block.

Electrical issues?

Sensor errors can result from a damaged harness. If replacing the sensor didn't help, contact us – we have diagrams for plugs.
