Turbochargers – Garrett, OEM, and Aftermarket

Turbo failure means power loss and smoke. We offer a wide range of turbochargers for construction machinery:

  • Premium Brands: Original Garrett turbochargers (used as OEM in JCB/CAT) and BorgWarner.
  • Proven Replacements: Brand new Azeri Parts turbos (no need to return the old part, no core charge).
  • Application: Variable geometry turbos (VGT) for Ecomax engines and standard wastegate turbos for older Perkins.

Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR)

For engines meeting Tier 4i/Final emission standards, we offer EGR system components:

  • EGR Valves: New electrically controlled valves (with or without cooler) for JCB Ecomax and Isuzu.
  • EGR Coolers: Heat exchangers reducing the temperature of exhaust gases returning to the intake.

AdBlue System (SCR)

Modern machines (Stage V) require an efficient exhaust aftertreatment system. We stock urea injectors (AdBlue), dosing modules, and SCR supply pumps for JCB and CAT machines.

Do I have to return the old turbo?

No. Most of our turbochargers (Azeri Parts, Garrett Aftermarket) are sold as brand new units, with no core charge and no need to send back the core.

How to clean an EGR valve in an excavator?

In JCB/CAT engines, EGR valves are delicate. Chemical cleaning often helps only temporarily. If the control electronics are damaged ("EGR Position Sensor" error), the only solution is replacement with a new one.

What does the turbo mounting kit contain?

We recommend purchasing a gasket set: exhaust manifold gasket (under the turbo), oil drain gasket, and copper washers for the oil feed.

Engine emission errors?

Tier 4 systems are complex. If you have error codes regarding boost pressure or EGR, write to us – we will help identify the faulty component.
