JCB Tank Drain Plug (Fuel / Hydraulics) - AZERI PARTS
Drain plug by AZERI PARTS with a 1" BSP thread, designed for fuel and hydraulic tanks in a wide range of JCB machinery. This component allows for a safe and tight closure of the drain port, and its design facilitates periodic changes of operating fluids and the removal of sediment and condensate from the bottom of the tank. Made of galvanized steel, it provides resistance to corrosion and the effects of aggressive chemical media.

Technical Advice: During every fluid change, it is recommended to use a new sealing washer (copper or a bonded "Dowty" type seal) to prevent leaks or "sweating" of the plug. Before screwing in the plug, thoroughly clean the tank thread of any sediment or solid contaminants. Remember not to over-tighten the plug with excessive force – threads in fuel and hydraulic tanks are susceptible to damage, and a stripped thread leads to expensive welding or replacement of the entire tank.
