Genuine pressure (thrust) plate for the central pivot pin bearing, used in the main articulation joint of JCB site dumpers. It ensures proper bearing seating and the transmission of axial loads generated during steering and maneuvering the machine in difficult terrain.

Technical Advice: The pressure plate operates at one of the most heavily loaded points of the machine. When replacing the central pivot pin bearings, always check the condition of the plate for wear, cracks, or surface deformation. Installing new bearings with a worn pressure plate will prevent proper clearance adjustment at the joint, which will quickly lead to damage of the bearing seats in the machine frame. During installation, it is recommended to use an appropriate lithium grease with molybdenum disulfide additive (EP2) to minimize friction at the contact point between the plate and the bearing.
