Workshop Technical Advice – Why are mounting dimensions so important?
Before making a purchase, it is absolutely essential to ensure that the pin centers (130 mm) and their diameter (35 mm) match the parameters of your dipper arm or quick hitch. Mounting the bucket on worn (too thin) pins or operating with incorrect clearances will immediately lead to the destruction of the bucket's factory bushings and the elongation of the sockets in the excavator's arm. Additionally, remember to regularly grease the kinematic system using high-density lubricants that are resistant to being washed out by water and mud, elements the attachment is constantly exposed to in the trench.
