Carriage Lock Pin with Chain (fits JCB) - AZERI PARTS 400/K7862

A high-quality carriage lock pin (fork pin) by AZERI PARTS. This is an absolutely critical safety component for attachments on JCB telescopic and articulated loaders. The pin is used to mechanically lock the forks onto the carriage, preventing them from uncontrollably sliding or falling off while the machine is operating on uneven terrain. It is equipped with an integrated chain and linchpin to prevent the part from being lost on the job site. Manufactured from hardened steel, it is highly resistant to shearing and bending under heavy loads.

If the old pin bends or jams when being inserted, it means it has been overloaded and has lost its load-bearing properties. When replacing this component, ensure that the eyelet on the carriage frame (where the chain attaches) is not broken. Always engage the retaining clip after setting your fork width!
