Workshop Technical Advice: Clogged washer nozzles are a common problem in machines working in highly dusty environments. Instead of forcefully piercing the hole in the old nozzle with a hard needle (which often permanently deforms the metal ball and ruins the spray pattern), it is much more effective to replace the nozzle with a new one. Before installing the new nozzle, it is absolutely necessary to blow out the hoses with compressed air and flush the fluid reservoir! Otherwise, deposits, algae, or sand from the old system will instantly clog the new part. To precisely adjust the spray angle, use a stiff pin or a sewing needle, gently turning the brass ball in the socket so that the stream hits the upper part of the wiper's working area.
