Upper cab mount (isolator). Manufacturer: AZERI PARTS. Operator cab suspension component in JCB machines. Responsible for the mechanical isolation of vibrations and shocks transmitted from the main frame of the machine to the cab structure.

Technical Advice: Signs of cab mount wear include a noticeable increase in vibration on the steering wheel and operator's seat, as well as increased noise inside the cab. Wear is manifested by cracking and loss of rubber elasticity or tearing of the vulcanized bond. Replacement of rubber-metal isolators should be carried out in sets at all support points of a given cab axis. Leaving old mounts on one side causes uneven stress distribution and drastically accelerates the wear of newly installed components.
