Description

JCB Door Gas Strut 330-340mm (260N) - AZERI PARTS

Side door gas spring by AZERI PARTS, designed for JCB machine operator cabs. This component is responsible for the controlled opening of the doors and their stabilization in the open position, which significantly increases operational comfort and safety. Thanks to the precisely selected extension force (260N), the element effectively prevents the door from slamming against the cab frame.

Technical Advice: When replacing the door strut, it is recommended to exercise extreme caution – once the old element is removed, the door may drop suddenly. Installation of the product should be carried out maintaining the correct orientation of the piston rod (it is usually recommended to install with the thinner element pointing downwards in the rest position to ensure lubrication of the internal seals). Avoid cleaning the piston rod with solvents or lubricating it, as contaminants can damage the seal and lead to gas leakage. If the strut fails to hold the door fully open, it indicates a loss of technical gas and the need for immediate replacement of the component.
