Installation Tip: It is recommended to install the strut with the piston rod pointing downwards (in the closed position). This orientation ensures constant lubrication of the internal seals with oil, significantly extending the maintenance-free service life. Before installation, check the condition of the ball studs – if they are corroded, clean them and apply a small amount of silicone grease.
