A steel bucket pin bushing (socket / boss), by AZERI PARTS. Designed for popular JCB backhoe loaders. It acts as a bearing element in the machine's working system, absorbing enormous friction and pressure forces during excavation. An appropriately hard inner surface ensures smooth rotation of the pin, while simultaneously protecting the arm and bucket structure from premature and costly wear (ovalization of holes).

Workshop Technical Advice: The lifespan of every pin and bushing depends 90% on regular lubrication (according to the machine's operation manual, most often daily or every 10 operating hours). Before pressing in a new bushing, absolutely clean and measure the socket in the arm. If the socket is worn out and egg-shaped, the new bushing seated in it will crack very quickly or start rotating along with the pin, leading to the complete destruction of the arm. For assembly, the use of liquid nitrogen (freezing the bushing to shrink it) or an appropriate press is recommended, avoiding direct hitting with a steel hammer.
