JCB Perforated Boom Spacer Bushing 31.5x34x52mm
The perforated spacer bushing with dimensions of 31.5x34x52 mm is a friction component used in the boom kinematic system of JCB mini excavators. Thanks to the use of internal perforation (special lubrication pockets), the bushing exhibits excellent retention properties – storing grease and distributing it evenly over the pin surface. Workshop Tip: Before installing a new perforated bushing, thoroughly clean the boom housing and check the condition of the pin. If the pin shows clear ridges or pitting, replacing it along with the bushing is recommended. When seating the bushing, it is advisable to pre-fill the perforations with lithium grease containing molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) to ensure optimal operating conditions from the very first hours after installation.
