JCB Front Bucket Spring Bush (45x54x20mm) - ORIGINAL
Original spring bush (tension bush) used in the suspension and kinematics system of the front bucket on JCB machines. It serves as a sliding sleeve for pins, reducing friction and stabilizing the articulated connections of the loader attachment.
Technical Features and Parameters:
- Dimensions: 45 mm (ID) x 54 mm (OD) x 20 mm (Length/Height).
- Spring Design: Made of high-grade spring steel with a longitudinal slot. This design allows for a perfect, tight fit within the housing (even with minor dimensional deviations of the hole), which prevents the bush from rotating during operation.
- Abrasion Resistance: Specialized heat treatment ensures high surface hardness, drastically extending the service life of the pin-bush connection under heavy dynamic loads.
Compatibility with JCB Machines:

Technical Advice: Spring bushes undergo natural wear due to friction and lack of lubrication. The appearance of play in the front bucket pins causes the attachment to "float" and leads to accelerated wear of the housings in the loader arms. When replacing the bush, it is also recommended to inspect the condition of the pin – if it shows clear ridges or wear, replacing the bush alone will not fully eliminate the play. Before installation, thoroughly clean the housing of old grease and contaminants.
