Cylinder bushing with graphite inserts by AZERI PARTS. It was designed specifically for modern JCB mini excavators. Thanks to the use of a bronze alloy matrix and evenly distributed solid graphite lubricant cores, this bushing is characterized by excellent self-lubricating properties.

Technical Advice: Bushings with graphite inserts require great care during installation! Under no circumstances should you drive them in directly with a hammer, as shocks can cause the small graphite cores to fall out or micro-cracks in the base material. Always use a proper press fit or a press, ensuring the seat in the arm is clean. Also remember: the term "self-lubricating" does not completely exempt you from maintenance! In severe dusty and muddy conditions, you still need to regularly pump grease through the grease nipples – this is to push out dirt that could penetrate the gap between the pin and the bushing, thus preventing corrosion.
