JCB Dipper and Kingpost Bushing 40mm - AZERI PARTS

Sleeve bearing (bushing). Manufacturer: AZERI PARTS. A high-precision replacement component designed for the regeneration of pivot points in the kinematic system of JCB mini excavators. This bushing is installed at high-load joints – specifically at the connection between the dipper and the kingpost or hydraulic cylinders – where it ensures smooth axial movement and friction reduction.

  • Internal Lubrication Channels: Precision-machined grooves facilitate even distribution of grease across the entire working surface of the pin, minimizing the risk of seizure.

If the seat has become ovalized, simply replacing the bushing will not eliminate play – line boring and welding may be required. Remember to grease regularly (according to the machine's lubrication chart) to prevent premature wear of the pin and the sliding surface of the bushing.
