Bushing by AZERI PARTS, specifically designed for installation in the bucket cylinder eye of JCB machinery. This component plays a vital role in eliminating operational play at the connection between the cylinder and the bucket levers (linkage). It features internal lubrication channels that guarantee a constant presence of a lubricant film, minimizing friction and protecting the pin from seizure.

Technical Advice: The bucket cylinder is one of the most heavily loaded components of the machine, performing hundreds of work cycles per day. Even minimal play on the 40 mm bushing is transferred to the entire arm kinematics, reducing material scooping precision. When replacing the bushing, check if the cylinder eye seat is ovalized (worn)—if so, the new bushing will crack prematurely. It is recommended to install the bushing "cold" (after pre-cooling) to avoid using high impact force, which could deform the component's edges.
