Noticeable play in the swing cylinders leads to rapid "seat wear" in the kingpost, which may result in the need for costly line boring and sleeving of the entire structure. When installing a new bushing, ensure the seat is clean and that the lubrication hole in the bushing aligns with the grease port in the cylinder housing.
