Swing bush by AZERI PARTS, designed for installation in the swing (slew) cylinder lugs of JCB machinery. This component is responsible for reducing friction between the pin and the cylinder housing, ensuring smooth kingpost movement during boom rotation. It is made of hardened alloy steel with high resistance to abrasion and surface pressures.

Noticeable play in the swing cylinders leads to rapid "seat wear" in the kingpost, which may result in the need for costly line boring and sleeving of the entire structure. When installing a new bushing, ensure the seat is clean and that the lubrication hole in the bushing aligns with the grease port in the cylinder housing.
