JCB Kingpost / Swing Ram Bushing (70x84x57mm)
High wear-resistance sliding bushing, designed for the swing systems of JCB machinery. The bushing is responsible for reducing friction and eliminating play in the mounting points between the sideshift carriage and the kingpost. It ensures connection stability under the high lateral and dynamic loads encountered during backhoe operations.

Technical Advice: Before installing the new bushing, thoroughly clean the mounting seat of any old grease and contaminants. It is recommended to check the condition of the mating pin – installing a new bushing on a worn or deformed pin will lead to accelerated wear of the component and the reappearance of play. After installation, the system should be lubricated regularly according to the machine's maintenance schedule using lithium grease with EP additives.
