JCB Left Hand (L/H) Jaw Mounting for Welding
Left hand (L/H) jaw mounting designed for weld-on installation in multi-purpose front buckets (4-in-1 or 6-in-1 type) of JCB machinery. Technical Advice: Before welding the new mounting, thoroughly clean and chamfer the mounting area on the bucket, removing remnants of the old component and any corrosion. During welding, maintaining the alignment of the 51 mm hole relative to the opposite (right) mounting is critical to avoid pin installation issues and premature bushing wear. After completing the welding and allowing the part to cool, it is recommended to apply a layer of primer and protective paint to shield the exposed steel from corrosion.
