JCB Wear Pad Shim - 150x90x0.7 mm
Spacing shim (adjustment plate) designed to eliminate play in telescopic systems and stabilizer legs of JCB machinery. The precise 0.7 mm thickness allows for accurate setting of the gap between the wear pad and the moving component.

Service Tip: When adjusting play on stabilizers, it is recommended to use a set of shims of various thicknesses to achieve minimum but free movement. Remember that a fit that is too tight (no play) can lead to rapid overheating and melting of the nylon wear pads. Always lubricate the contacting surfaces with dedicated graphite or teflon grease.
