Drive Shaft Flange / Yoke (fits JCB) - AM 333/D1542

High-quality drive shaft flange (pinion yoke) by AM. This is a critical drivetrain component connecting the prop shaft to the axle (differential) in heavy-duty JCB telescopic handlers. The flange is manufactured from selected, hardened steel to provide maximum resistance against cracking, twisting, and spline wear while transmitting massive amounts of torque. Using this AM replacement part guarantees perfect spline engagement, eliminating drivetrain play and driveline vibrations.

Workshop Technical Advice: Spline wear on the flange is one of the leading causes of annoying machine vibrations while driving. When replacing the pinion yoke, we strongly recommend replacing the axle pinion oil seal at the same time. An old, hardened seal will typically start leaking gear oil shortly after a new flange is installed. Additionally, ensure the prop shaft U-joints are free of play, and always tighten the mounting bolts to the correct torque specification using a medium-strength threadlocker.
