JCB Clutch Piston Pressure Plate - AZERI PARTS

Clutch piston pressure plate by AZERI PARTS, designed for drivetrains and gearboxes (including Powershift / Synchro Shuttle types) in JCB machinery. This component is responsible for the direct and even compression of the friction disc pack. It is the foundation for smooth and slip-free torque transmission, which is important during operation under full load on a construction site or in the field.

  • Pressure Precision: A perfectly flat working surface guarantees even contact with the friction discs around the entire circumference, preventing localized overheating and "burning".

Technical Advice: Before installing a new pressure plate, meticulously verify the condition of all friction discs and steel separator plates in the clutch basket. Even the slightest deformation (warpage) of the old pressure plate indicates system overheating and requires the replacement of the entire pack. When working on the clutch basket, we also strictly recommend installing new piston seals (rings) to prevent oil pressure drops.
