JCB Transmission Bevelled Washer - AZERI PARTS

Conical spring-type washer (Belleville washer). Manufacturer: AZERI PARTS. A specialized spacer and pressure component used inside the transmissions of JCB machinery. The conical washer acts as a disc spring, maintaining constant axial tension within clutch packs or on transmission shafts, which is critical for smooth gear shifts and the elimination of axial play.

Technical Features:

  • Precision Deflection Characteristics: The conical geometry ensures constant clamping force, which prevents disc slippage in Powershift and Synchro Shuttle transmissions.

During any major transmission overhaul (rebuild), it is mandatory to replace the washers with new ones. Reusing a worn component can cause new friction discs to burn out prematurely.
