JCB Gearbox Flange - GMOVE

High-class gearbox flange (yoke) by GMOVE. A Premium version product, dedicated to PS760 Powershift drive systems used in heavy JCB machinery. The flange features a precision-machined spline with 33 teeth, ensuring perfect torque transfer from the gearbox to the driveshaft, eliminating the risk of play and vibrations during travel.

Product Features:

  • Hardened Spline: The 33 teeth have been heat-treated, making them resistant to "shearing" even during sudden directional changes (forward-reverse).
  • Precise Balancing: Guarantees smooth driveshaft operation, protecting gearbox seals and support bearings from premature wear.
  • Anti-Corrosion Protection: The flange surface is protected against moisture and road salt.

Technical Tip: Replacing the flange is an excellent opportunity to verify the condition of the gearbox output seal (simmering). Installing a new flange onto an old, hardened seal often leads to oil leaks. Additionally, we recommend checking the condition of the U-joints on the driveshaft – play in this area is the most common cause of damage to the flange spline.
