Fuel Temperature Sensor Injection Pump (fits JCB) - DELPHI 400/15074

Workshop Technical Tip: The fuel temperature sensor is a low-failure-rate measuring component - before replacing it, check the condition of the wiring, connector and pins, which are a more common cause of faults than the sensor itself. Corroded or damp contacts give false readings that are mistaken for sensor failure. When replacing the sensor on the injection pump, maintain cleanliness - small contaminants in the high-pressure system can damage the injectors. After replacement, clear the fault codes from the ECU and verify correct temperature readings with diagnostics. Fit a new O-ring/seal on assembly.
