JCB CCV (Crankcase Ventilation) Gasket - GENUINE
Genuine CCV (Crankcase Ventilation) separator gasket designed for JCB machinery engines. This component ensures a full seal for the connection between the crankcase ventilation system and the canister control valve. As a genuine part, it is made of a specialized elastomer resistant to long-term exposure to hot oil vapors and the variable pressure present inside the engine.

Technical Advice: A damaged or hardened breather gasket is a common cause of oil seepage ("sweating") on the upper part of the engine and the uncontrolled passage of oil mist into the intake system. When replacing the gasket, the separator mating surface must be thoroughly cleaned. It is also recommended to check the patency of the breather itself – a blocked CCV system can lead to increased crankcase pressure and cause the crankshaft seals to blow out.
