Workshop Technical Tip: Before installing the cylinder head, ensure the block deck surface is perfectly degreased. Always use new cylinder head bolts and select a head gasket thickness matched to the "piston protrusion". Also, remember to thoroughly flush the radiator—old sediment and metal filings in the cooling system are the quickest way to overheat a brand-new block.
