JCB Connecting Rod Bearing Set STD (Tangless) DIESELMAX - 320/03270

Standard size (STD) connecting rod bearing set in OEM quality designed for JCB Dieselmax engines. This is the tangless version (without locating tabs), used in connecting rod types where bearing stabilization is achieved through proper interference fit (crush). Made from multi-layer alloys, they ensure excellent heat dissipation and resistance to high loads in diesel units.

Workshop Tip: Tangless bearings require special attention during seating in the connecting rod. Since they lack a locating tab, they must be perfectly centered within the axis of the rod big end. Before installation, ensure the rod housing is completely degreased and dry—only then will the bearing be properly secured by the friction force (crush) after the rod is torqued. Always remember to use new connecting rod bolts when installing bearings.
