ISUZU Piston Ring Set 4BG1 / 6BG1 (105mm)

High-quality piston ring set (kit for one piston) dedicated to ISUZU engines of the 4BG1 and 6BG1 series. The offered product is the STD (Standard/Nominal) version, intended for installation on 105 mm diameter pistons in liners that do not require repair grinding. The application of a chrome coating on the compression ring and an expander spring in the oil ring ensures excellent compression and reduced oil consumption in heavy construction machinery.

Technical Tip: Before installing new STD rings, absolutely check the condition of the cylinder liner. If a "ridge" is palpable in the upper part of the liner or ovality exceeds the norm, installing nominal rings may result in their breakage. Remember to stagger the ring gaps by 120 degrees relative to each other and maintain the appropriate ring gap clearance (according to the Isuzu service manual) to avoid engine seizure after warm-up.
