JCB Engine Radiator Mount

Technical Advice: Worn, hardened, or "settled" radiator mounts are the most common cause of sudden radiator leaks at the joints between the core and the side tanks. Rigid mounting causes the radiator to absorb all frame stresses, leading to cracks. When replacing, we recommend installing a full set of mounts to ensure even weight distribution of the radiator and checking the condition of rubber hoses, which can also transmit unwanted vibrations.
