Fuel Leak-off Pipe (Fits in CAT 3054 3054B) - OEM 1408719

Fuel leak-off pipe of OEM quality, dedicated to the fuel systems in Caterpillar 3054 and 3054B series engines. It drains excess diesel fuel from the injectors back to the supply system. The use of an OEM product guarantees the maintenance of correct pressure in the injection sections and eliminates the risk of dangerous fuel leaks onto the hot engine block.

Technical Advice: When replacing the fuel leak-off pipe, always use new sealing washers (copper or aluminum) under the banjo bolts. Tighten the mounting bolts only to the manufacturer's recommended torque – overtightening can easily damage the delicate threads in the injectors, resulting in a very costly repair. Also, ensure that the pipe does not rub against other engine components to avoid chafing caused by vibrations.
