Flexible turbocharger intake hose (connector) by AZERI PARTS, dedicated to engines used in JCB telescopic handlers. This component is responsible for a tight connection between the air filtration system and the turbocharger inlet. It is made of a multi-layer elastomer reinforced with braiding.

If the hose is cracked or "soft," the turbocharger may suck in unfiltered air along with construction dust, which acts like sandblasting on the rotor blades, leading to instant turbine damage. During installation, ensure that the hose clamps are aligned straight and do not cut into the rubber, and the inside of the hose is completely free of contaminants before the machine's first start.
