Fuel sedimenter bowl by SERVICE FILTERS, designed for a wide range of JCB machinery. It is a key element of the fuel pre-cleaning system, mounted under the fuel filter or water separator. The transparent housing allows the operator to monitor the level of sediment and water separated from the diesel fuel, which is essential for protecting the injection pump and injectors from corrosion and seizure.

High Chemical Resistance: Made of a specialized polymer resistant to long-term exposure to diesel fuel and bio-additives, preventing clouding and cracking of the material.

Technical Advice: Water accumulation in the sedimenter bowl is a natural phenomenon resulting from condensation in the fuel tank. We recommend checking the water level daily and removing it via the drain plug. If the bowl has become clouded or has visible micro-cracks, it must be replaced to avoid the risk of breaking due to vibration and sucking air into the fuel system, which will prevent the engine from running. Always check the condition of the upper rubber gasket during installation.
