Wet Brakes (In-Axle) – Discs and Plates

Most JCB and CAT machines use oil-immersed brakes. We offer high-quality repair kits (brands IRUNA, Azeri Parts, and genuine OEM):

  • Friction Discs: Sintered or paper (Kevlar/Graphite) lining, ensuring high braking efficiency.
  • Counter Plates: Steel plates resistant to overheating and warping.
  • Piston Seals: Specialized O-rings and brake piston seals for axles.

Parking Brake and Calipers (Pads)

For Fastracs and Telehandlers, we supply parking and service brake disc components:

  • Brake Pads: Branded pads (e.g., Steinhof) with extended service life.
  • Calipers: Complete brake calipers and repair kits (pistons, boots).
  • Cables: Armored handbrake cables, resistant to corrosion and seizing.

Master Cylinders and Servos

The heart of the system. We stock master cylinders (single and dual circuit) and brake servos. Checking the pump condition during every service is crucial.

Why do the axle brakes make noise?

This usually indicates old oil or a lack of LS (Limited Slip) additive. Changing the oil to one dedicated for JCB/CAT axles typically solves the noise and vibration issue.

Are master cylinders repairable?

We offer repair kits (seals), but if the cylinder bore is scratched, replacing seals won't help. We recommend replacing the complete master cylinder for safety.

Which pads for the handbrake?

Most JCB machines use special round pads ("pucks"). We stock branded Steinhof versions and originals. Provide your VIN to match the correct size.
