Hydraulic Hoses – Ready Kits

A burst hose is the most common site failure. Instead of wasting time getting one made, buy a ready-to-install hose with the correct length and fittings (BSP, JIC, ORFS) from us. The hoses feature appropriate steel reinforcement layers to withstand working pressures in construction machinery.

Are pipes sold with nuts?

Yes, most of our metal pipes are complete assemblies with formed ends and nuts, ready to be screwed onto the distributor or pump.

How to measure hose length if the old one burst?

Hydraulic hoses are measured "seat to seat" (sealing surface), not the total length including fittings. If in doubt, provide the part number from the burst hose or the machine VIN.

Leak at the pipe connection?

Sometimes replacing the O-ring or tightening is enough, but fatigue cracks at the pipe flange require replacement. Do not weld hydraulic pipes – it is dangerous!
