Description

Professional Manual Grease Gun - Dual-Function

High-class manual grease gun, designed for the precision lubrication of machine components, vehicles, and agricultural or construction equipment. Thanks to its universal design, the device allows for operation in two modes: using standard 400g cartridges (tubes) or through manual bulk filling (from a bucket).

Features and Kit Contents:

  • Dual-way loading system: Compatible with 400g cartridges and bulk grease applied manually.
  • Flexible Hose: High-pressure hose (approx. 300 mm long), allowing access to hard-to-reach grease nipples (zerks).
  • 4-jaw Coupler: Universal lubricating head providing a tight connection with the zerk under pressure.
  • Ergonomics: Handle covered with a non-slip coating, facilitating work with gloves or grease-stained hands.

Application:

An essential tool for every workshop and farm, dedicated to the maintenance of:

  • Pins and bushings in construction machinery (JCB, CAT, Case).
  • Steering systems and suspension in heavy vehicles.
  • Bearings and PTO shafts in agricultural machinery.
Technical Advice: Before first use or when changing the loading method, you must bleed the grease gun using the vent valve or by slightly unscrewing the body head. The presence of air bubbles inside the cylinder is the most common reason for the gun failing to pump grease. Also, remember to regularly clean the grease coupler to prevent forcing contaminants into the bearings.
