JCB Inspection Cover O-Ring - AZERI PARTS
Sealing O-ring dedicated to inspection covers in engines and components of JCB machinery. This AZERI PARTS product is made of a durable elastomer resistant to engine oils, hydraulic fluids, and high temperatures. It ensures excellent sealing of revision points, protecting the interior of systems from external contaminants and preventing operational fluid leaks.

Technical Advice: The inspection cover O-ring should be replaced every time the cover is opened. After long-term compression, an old seal loses its original geometry (hardens), which almost always results in "sweating" or leaking upon reinstallation. Before installing a new AZERI PARTS O-ring, the mounting groove should be thoroughly cleaned of old rubber residue and carbon deposits. It is also recommended to lightly moisten the seal with clean oil to facilitate the cover's seating without the risk of twisting the rubber.
