Sealing ring (O-ring) by AZERI PARTS, designed for the bucket linkage system in heavy JCB machinery. This component is installed on the linkage pins, where it performs a protective function—retaining grease within the bearings and effectively blocking the entry of contaminants, sand, and water into the bushing's working surfaces.

Technical Advice: O-ring seals with a thickness of 8 mm are crucial for maintaining the service life of pins and bushings in large excavators. A cracked or perished O-ring causes immediate grease leakage, which, under high-pressure forces, leads to joint seizure within just a few days of operation. During installation, thoroughly clean the groove where the ring is seated and lightly moisten it with grease to avoid twisting the rubber while inserting the pin. Never use sharp tools to seat the O-ring, as even a microscopic nick will cause it to rupture under grease pressure.
