JCB Carrier Bearing O-ring - AZERI PARTS

O-ring type seal. Manufacturer: AZERI PARTS. A sealing element for the pinion bearing housing (bevel gear) within the drive axle body of JCB machines. It prevents gear oil leaks at the interface of the main gearbox housing, ensuring the hermetic integrity of the axle lubrication system.

Technical Features:

  • Chemical Resistance: Fully compatible with LS (Limited Slip) and EP (Extreme Pressure) oils used in JCB drive axles.
  • Cross-section Precision: A constant cross-sectional diameter guarantees even pressure around the perimeter of the bearing housing, eliminating the risk of axle "sweating" at the pinion.

Technical Advice: This O-ring tends to flatten and harden over time due to the operating temperature of the gearbox. It is strictly recommended to replace it during every pinion overhaul or when replacing the front oil seal (simmering). During assembly, moisten the O-ring with fresh axle oil and check the axle housing seat for any corrosion pitting that could cut the seal.
