Workshop Technical Advice – Fitting and Lubrication:
Thanks to the factory-installed bushings, mounting this bucket minimizes the risk of lateral play on the quick hitch or the excavator's arm. To maintain this factory fit for as long as possible, it is essential to systematically and generously grease the pin pivot points (we recommend doing this at least every 8-10 operating hours). The lack of an adequate lubricating film, combined with dust and mud in the trench, drastically accelerates the seizing process and the elongation (so-called "ovaling") of the pin holes. If your old pins show signs of wear, we strongly advise against mounting a new bucket on worn-out components – this will lead to immediate damage to the new bushings.
